Ultra Refined Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT)

FUT Information:

The process by which hair loss resistant hair is moved to the balding, recipient affected area of the scalp to create a natural and dense hairline to achieve complete patient satisfaction.


Follicular Unit Extraction
Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE):
A less invasive technique used in hair restoration surgery where there are several, smaller donor areas used to complete the same.
FUE Information:
FUE surgery is different from FUT surgery in that instead of the surgeon harvesting a strip of tissue from the back of the head, during an FUE surgery hair is extracted directly from the head or other region of the body one follicular unit at a time. The small opening left by the removal of the follicular unit on the scalp or other region of the body, heals within a few days. The area contracts in size as it heals which leaves a smaller, less visible scar as opposed to the FUT method.

The Correction of Previous Transplant Procedures
The Correction of Previous Non-Ultra Refined Transplants :
The correction of hair transplant procedures performed by other surgeons can be difficult. Dr. Panine has provided patients, who suffered under the care of others, with a new lease on life by not only correcting old procedures but going a step further to give patients the results they wanted but didn't think they could have after a previous, failed transplant.

The video you are about to see is of a patient who had his first procedure completed by Dr. Panine three years ago, at the age of 30.
When the patient was 23 he had undergone a procedure, performed by another doctor, which left him with an undesirable hairline.

Dr. Panine was confident he could correct the patient's hairline and give him significant density.
Two procedures were performed and these are his video results three years later.

New Treatment Promises to Regrow Hair Without Surgery, Drugs (11/10/14)
PLATELET-RICH PLASMA (PRP) Therapy
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments use your own blood to treat thinning hair and hair loss in both men and women.
